CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Esthetics by Lisa we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost. • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you may be charged 50% of the service cost and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and a fee may apply.
